Service FAQs

Is my data really safe with you?

Yes. Drives are either wiped to NIST 800-88 standards or physically shredded, and each device is logged with a serialised certificate of destruction. Until destruction is complete, everything stays under a documented chain of custody.

Do you provide pickup across India?

We operate a pan-India reverse-logistics network covering 28 states and union territories, with scheduled and on-demand pickups for single offices and multi-site rollouts alike.

What documentation will I receive?

Depending on the service: weighbridge and consignment records, certificates of data destruction, certificates of recycling/disposition, material-recovery reports and EPR/compliance filings.

Can I recover value from working equipment?

Yes. Through our ITAD process, eligible assets are securely sanitised and responsibly remarketed, so you capture residual value rather than treating disposal purely as a cost.

Are you authorised and certified?

We are a CPCB-authorised recycler and hold ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certifications, with EPR registration — the credentials enterprise procurement and audit teams require.
