Frequently asked questions
Do you provide a certificate of recycling and data destruction?
Yes. Every engagement includes a Certificate of Recycling and, where applicable, a serial-level Certificate of Data Destruction. Both are issued against your asset inventory and are suitable for audit and compliance records.
Is the pickup really free, and which areas do you cover?
Pickup is free for qualifying business consignments. We operate a pan-India collection network and can arrange secure, GPS-tracked transport from your location. Share your pincode and volume and we will confirm scheduling.
How do you handle Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)?
We support producers, importers and brand owners with EPR registration, target fulfilment and CPCB-aligned documentation under the E-Waste Management Rules, 2022 — so your obligations are met and evidenced.
What happens to the recovered material?
Devices are dismantled and segregated, then processed through certified recovery to extract metals such as copper, aluminium and gold. Operations are zero-landfill and zero-discharge, and recovered material re-enters the manufacturing supply chain.
Can you handle large enterprise or data-centre decommissioning?
Yes. We manage bulk ITAD and data-centre exits with scheduled logistics, on-site coordination, asset-level tracking and consolidated reporting across multiple locations.
