Scope & schedule
It starts with a conversation. Tell us what's being retired — a handful of laptops, a full server room, or a multi-site rollout — and where it sits. We confirm the asset types and volumes, any access, security or timing constraints, and then lock in a pickup window that works around your operations.

Secure collection
On the day, our trained team packs and tamper-evident seals everything on site. Assets then move under a documented chain of custody in GPS-tracked, insured transport — so you always know where your equipment is, from your doorstep to our authorised facility.

Destroy, recover & process
At the facility, every data-bearing device is wiped to NIST 800-88 standards or physically shredded, and logged individually. Assets are then assessed: viable equipment is refurbished for reuse to recover residual value, while the rest is dismantled and sorted into recovered material streams to a zero-landfill standard.
